Rialto Developments is a  property development firm domiciled in Denmark.  It was founded in the United Kingdom in 2006 and moved its main office to Copenhagen in 2018 with offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Varna, Bulgaria.  Rialto develops and markets property projects primarily on the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria in partnerships with local construction companies.

Project development is being carried out in close co-operation with Rialto’s primary partner in Bulgaria, the leading entrepreneur Bord Construction in Varna, a company with an impeccable building record and an uncompromising commitment to high quality building construction.  Bord Construction have earned consecutive awards and nominations at national property awards events.
