Rialto was founded in the United Kingdom in 2006 as Rialto Real Estate Developments and was domiciled there until 2018 when the company moved its head office to Copenhagen, Denmark. The two branch offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Varna, Bulgaria have been open since 2007.
Rialto International develops, markets and finance property projects primarily on the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria in partnerships with local construction companies.

Project development is being carried out in close co-operation with the leading Bulgarian entrepreneur Bord Construction in Varna, a company with an impeccable building record and an uncompromising commitment to high quality building construction.
Bord Construction have earned consecutive awards and nominations at national property awards events.
