Byala Vista Beach Residence was the first of three smaller Rialto projects listed in the small idyllic town of Byala. Fifty km south of Varna and approximately halfway towards Bourgas, which like Varna is close to the airport with direct international flights to Denmark, among others.
Byala Vista Beach Residence has 72 apartments spread over 5900 square meters. The project reached completion in 2008.
