Construction of Kamelia began in 2008 and is Rialto’s project in the ski resort Pamporova in southern Bulgaria. The building has 114 one, two and three-room apartments as well as penthouses. Kamelia was delivered turn-key in 2011. Kamelia has a unique location in the middle of the terrain with the easiest possible access to the resort’s lift system.
Built in an attractive, modern design with durable, high-quality materials, this project has a beautiful location with a magnificent view of the Rhodopes mountain range. The overall building area is over 10,000 square meters.
