Varna South Bay Park & Beach Residence is the second of three projects built on a uniquely located land plot with direct views over the bay to Varna city center. The first and biggest of the trio is Varna South Bay Beach Residence (completed in 2015), and all in all the three buildings encompasses 85,000 square meters of residential area spread over 800 holiday apartments. The Varna South Bay buildings are located right behind an impressive kilometer long white beach overlooking the sea and with views across the bay to Varna city center.
Varna South Bay is our flagship-project and consist of Varna South Bay Beach Residence, Varna South Bay Seaside Residence and Sunrise Marina Residence.
Varna South Bay Park and Beach was complete in 2021. It has 150 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and duplex penthouses over 20,000 square meters build area plus 1,100 square meters earmarked for commercial use.
